A few years ago, when Breanne began her journey, I asked her to come up with some sort of "Nympho Humiliation Pain Slut" certification, a sort of explicit set of requirements that certain people who wished to follow in her footsteps could meet, granting themselves the title of "NHPS". Breanne refused. She told me right up front that sexuality, especially for those of us who find ourselves attracted to extremes, can not be easily defined. And the point of being a NHPS isn't just about allowing certain things, or doing certain things, but instead is a mindset about giving into certain needs. Breanne said she wouldn't want others to define her interests and tastes and wants and desires, so she wouldn't do it for anyone else. The path to being a Nympho Humiliation Pain Slut is a personal one, with each journey being uniquely different. If that isn't applicable to how each of us practice the BDSM lifestyle, I don't know what is.
